Ariat Tracking Order Status

I only had my steeled toes work boots for about four months. And the soles started separating from the shoe. Ariat granted me a return, but in order to receive my new boots, I have to destroy the boots that’s already torn. How can i destroy these boots when these are the only ones I have to work in. I just want a replacement. I shouldn’t have to miss work

I recently ordered a pair of ankle women’s equestrian black boots. They were of excellent quality when they arrived and fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and I look forward to wearing them the next time I go horse riding!

I bought the Ariat Women's Skyline Low Waterproof Boots from Hollands Country Clothing and love them. They're sturdy, well constructed, and very comfortable. Heel-slip wasn't an issue for me at all but I found them to be not quite true-to-size and would recommend others order a full size smaller than their usual size. They're wide enough not to squish my bunions and the heel cushioning is great for my heel spur. This is my first pair of Ariat boots and I'll definitely be buying them again.

I've had two pairs of Ariat Langdale boots now. They are lovely looking boots, and comfortable from the word go. However, the first pair failed within six months and were replaced under guarantee without fuss. However, this morning I've been out to walk the dog and have come home with two wet feet. Admittedly it is raining, quite hard too. But these boots are supposed to be waterproof. This pair have survived for 15 months - though it has to be recognised that those 15 months include two summers when generally they haven't been worn at all. For two hours wear daily for 9-10 months, the price is simply not justifiable. I'm very, very disappointed. I've only given two stars because it was quite simple to get a replacement under guarantee. The quality really is only worth one star.
