After buying our mattress from Archers we were in need of some bedroom furniture and had no hesitation in visiting the Kilmarnock store again where Jason took the time to explain all the various options and pointed out the information folders in each set. Also managed to get a great deal on the 4 for 3 offer. Normally I would build the furniture myself but the cost for this was a lot less than I thought so took this option as well. No to just wait on the furniture being delivered.

I had 2 visits to the store. On my first visit I chatted to a young lad who was very polite and informative which helped me understand what sort of mattress I was looking for. The second visit was to buy the mattress and in this instance I was attended to by an older man who again helped me with the choice of mattress. He also took payment and booked delivery. At no point did I feel pressured to buy or asked questions. I would recommend this store to Family and friends

Margaret in Seafield branch demonstrated the electric bed that we were looking at. We were treated like valued customers. When we decided to buy it, she kept us informed about the delivery date. The bed was delivered on time and our old one was taken away leaving us with no rubbish to clear away. Great overall service.
