Honestly, I was a bit unsure at first, but this one really surprised me. I had some trouble with the air pressure, but customer service was quick to help and gave me some advice on how to adjust it. They made sure everything was working fine before I even started my project. Excellent support!

Also a veteran here. I have the mig 200 and the cut 50. Their customer service is better than most American manufacturers. To top it off they have a great warranty. Can't complain. I ise my plasma on primarily steel. Everything from 18 guage to 3/4inch. However, 99% of the time i work with metal less than 1/4 thick. This plasma works perfect for my needs.

I had ordered 110 piece consumable when I ordered the arc 50 plasma cutter. The cutter came in on time but I never received the consumables. I sent an email on a Sunday, They responded the next morning with a plan. They were out of the 110 piece and offered me two 60 piece consumable packages without additional cost. Very professional response! I’m very pleased!!
