Arbys Tracking Order Status

I ordered a large drink with my roast beef sandwich and received a medium for the price of a large. I asked the employee and he said Arby's is trying to be like McDonald's. It will be the last ime I patronize Arby's. I did not even get a napkin I guess because I used the drive-thru. Used to like Arby's service and food, but no more.

Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct. I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

Every location has its own service crew. Ours is excellent. I like many of the menu. Items especially the reuben.And the brisket, turke and the chicken. I wish the salt level was lower. So I could eat there more often You can't fault the chain forv the individual restaurant's service

I wish you could add sides of deep fried mushrooms that beat the nearby prices. The combination of those with the sandwiches would only bring us back again. The team works the best.
