I recently bought a pair of slip on shoes, and I had emailed them before I bought them to check the size, since I previously had a problem with slip on shoes being too big. I sent them my foot measurements, and they assured me that they would the size I asked about, which is the smallest they offer, would definitely fit me. I had to travel for work shortly afterwards, and was therefore not able to try them on within the first 30 days of them arriving. When I finally did get them, I discovered that they were indeed too big for me. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they said basically, sorry too bad, and refused to accommodate. Terrible customer service. It's a shame because the shoes themselves are nice, but it's a company that puts profit above everything else and treats their customers terribly. Absolutely not worth buying them.

The company rectified the problem with my return so far the credit is pending and my return is on it's way. I wasn't happy with the lack of customer service but they did respond to my email so I am happy with the customer service so far. Once my credit posts instead of just pending I will than update my review once more.

Having purchased many pairs of boots, shoes and purses from Aquatalia, I am familiar with their products and exceptional customer care. Yes, their products are expensive, but I have felt they were worth it. Whenever an Aquatalia package arrives, it’s exciting because of the quality of their products and the extra care taken in their packaging. Plus, I have always received impeccable care from Customer Service, so I don’t know why this was such a sore spot. This December, I had a small issue that, in my opinion, required very little to correct it. Ultimately, it caused me to look at my value to them as a loyal and frequent customer. During Christmas month I purchased two different purses and was shocked when they arrived just wrapped in a sheet of tissue and a plastic bag placed inside the brown shipping box. My other Aquatalia purses each arrived carefully and neatly packaged in a very nice white box, then placed inside the shipping box. I contacted Aquatalia and offered to purchase the two missing white boxes (and dust bags if available) explaining the boxes were missing from my packages. I was firmly informed that they do not sell and/or will not separately provide either (even though I hadn’t received the storage boxes in the first place). I informed them that under the circumstances, I would simply return both purses. To their credit, they offered me a $50 off coupon, but I already have thousands of points accumulated. How much could a white Aquatalia box cost? I received an email on Christmas Day asking if I still wanted to return the purses and their offer to provide a shipping label. ???? It’s almost laughable now. what is the point of spending $$$$ and being labeled platinum or diamond status? I simply needed two missing storage boxes. Both purses were within their 30 day return period and I have already printed a return label to send the purses back…just as they were received.

Purchased a beautifully crafter leather bag. There was a slight glitch on one of the zippers. This company is ultra luxury high end white glove customer service: they sent me another bag IMMEDIATELY, said "keep using the bag you will be returning, we don't want to inconvenience you". They resent the bag withint 48 hours received. To Note: the packaging was pristine. Each area wrapped with care beautifully protected. they also included a label to send the other bag back. As a luxury merchant they did not pressure with any return time table for the first mailed item. They were solely focused on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They have beautiful shoes, exquisite luxury items. They have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Oh, and they have great sales just as an extra bonus. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STELLAR. THE PRODUCTS are STUNNING! so well crafted. Life long collectors items. Crafted in Italy.
