Appsumo has excellent customer care service. They actually keep their word.

Words can't express how awesome the people at Appsumo are! Honestly They are people that truly care. I was in a tougher spot needing to meet other financial obligations, and was looking to refund a larger purchase I made through Appsumo (I had passed the refund window by a couple weeks). They actually listened to my situation and were willing to make an exception. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had at any company. Know that the people behind the company do genuinely care about their customers.

I had a weird issue, I had purchased two copies of Tidycal and managed to mix up my email address. As a result, I couldn't access the second calendar to set it up. This combined with an inability to verify my email address made life interesting. The initial support consultant released this was beyond their remit and escalated to a supervisor. The supervisor handled the Tidycal activation and transferred me to a consultant at Appsumo for my email verification. Considering the timezone difference I felt that support and resolution were handled in a timely way.
