Incredibly happy with the top notch service from Appliances Online. Have had a few deliveries now and the constant communication from delivery drivers with a 2hour delivery window takes away any fear of missing the arrival of your item. Drivers have been super polite and efficient, even take away packaging rubbish if required. And the prices are great as well! They will price match if you call. This is my go to store now. Thanks for great service!

My first time ordering with appliances online and won’t be my last. You guys were awesome. You not only priced matched the cheapest price I found but free delivery. Talking to service on the phone then sending a email with the link for the new price and going through checkout took less than 5 mins. I can’t fault online ordering. I had to call up to make sure you were taking my old appliance away and had a good laugh with the guy. The delivery guys messaged me twice to say how far away they were. Took a few mins to swap. Seamless purchase and I love the tv. TVs today are so light put the feet on picked up tv put on stand by myself plugged in up and running in mins. Great picture, colour and sound. We ordered via phone with Anastasia who made this so easy. Ordering was really simple and fast. They took on board our problem with disconnection of the old unit and saved us a big headache. The delivery was the next day. Argtim and his installation guys were very efficient and friendly. They quickly removed the old machine, setup the new one, found and fixed a prior install problem, and demonstrated the operation. Overall this was a fantastic experience.
