Excellent experience. Fridge Freezer available at competitive price and able to deliver within 2 days of ordering. Switched fridge door to other side ( must be arranged on phone at time of ordering ) and old fridge taken away. Delivery and communications went all smoothly.

Excellent pre-delivery arrangements and communication but when it happened only one guy (despite paying extra for large item delivery) so my OAP husband ended up having to help! 5 stars if that hadn't happened...

The company offered a competitively priced multi purchase deal on several kitchen appliances. They provided free delivery and everything arrived on time with a good level of communication from the company and the driver. I had delayed a delivery date until the kitchen was ready and I noticed that one of the items had been reduced in a sale the day before I was due to take delivery, I queried this with the company and they honoured the sale price even though I had already paid for it. They refunded the difference straight away. Great customer service, great prices and I would and have recommended this company to others.

Excellent service. Bought a range cooker & american fridge/freezer. Clicked on the multi buy option & was then contacted by Liam & given a discount on both items. Range was out of stock with a 6 week wait, which was ok, but I was kept up to date. After 3 weeks was told it had arrived & we set a delivery date. 48hrs prior to delivery I was notified it was a morning slot then on the morning I was given a call to advise they would be with me in 30mins. This is a great company with competitive prices. I would definitely recommend

We ordered a Haier fridge/freezer from Appliance City and the whole experience was exceptional. First of all it was a great price. It was easy to order and it was delivered when stated. The delivery boys were accommodating and pleasant. Can't say enough of how glad we are of using Appliance City
