Excellent fun and well organised production. All staff were extremely kind, helpful, and informative throughout the long queing outside and inside the venue. Once doors opened access was very quick, easy, and without any delay, and we were kindly guided to our individual seats. Exit once the show had finished was also very quick and easy without any delay. The host before the show and during breaks was excellent and great fun keeping mood high throughout. Obviously hosts and judges were excellent and appreciated and involved the audience throughout. Can't wait for another chance to be a member of the audience for repeat and alternate productions.

Great experience myself and my daughter love BGT and was very lucky to get tickets this year, Applause store manage this event extremely well, once the tickets are ready to be handed out the que's go down very quickly! I recommend getting there early if you can! Show was amazing

Ticket allocation seemed unfair, people who got there early were given seats at the top back where you could hardly see or hear the acts, no view of the judges. The acts were not great, the bar was for soft drinks only and asking people to come at 6pm to queue when doors didn’t open till 7pm seemed pointless. We’ve enjoyed the audition days in the past, but I think tonight will be our last time.

The show itself and atmosphere was brilliant but the only complaint I have is that for priority tickets the seats we had were not very good. We were in the circle row L.
