APMEX Tracking Order Status

Bad company!! Nothing worked as expected. So I report them to 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌,𝟎𝐑𝐆 and got my refund of $30,000 I invested

I been buying from apmex for years. Just bought from the yesterday. They got there money thr next day but it will be a week or so before they ship my item. I am not happy with how slow thier shipping is. They always had my shipment out the next day. I should never have to wait for a week when they take the money. I am dissatisfied with them. They got thier money so sending it is not a hight priority. I think i am done with apmex until they can fix thier problems with very slow shipping times

I am a relatively new customer. I have bought only a few coins with APMEX so far. APMEX is Very professional, & very knowledgable. The main reason for this review is that I was on a Message Alert list for a coin for a year and a half; they followed thru and when the prior owner sold it back I was immediately texted, It was the year my younger son was born ( with low mintage, proof,etc); so I bought another coun for my older son also. On 5/13/22 I bought Both the 2015 and 2014 China 1/20 oz Gold Panda BU (Sealed). They came quickly but immediately I noticed the coins were oxidized. The coins were sealed but had tiny speckles of green and purple on them. I immediately called them back. They offered a replacement. I returned the old ones and received the new coins which were in worse condition. They stated I could not exchange them because I was outside the exchange window they also processed to say that was normal for those coins. This company is dishonest "they don't verify the quality of the products they sell before ship" (quoted from them). Gold is inert so if it were .9999% pure like they claimed it should not have oxidize in a sealed container. Also they should have mentioned the defect of this coin to the buyer before hand. After declining to take the coins back. I asked to sell the coin back that's when APMEX then offered me less than half what I paid for the coins.

Just purchased 3 Charles Schultz limited 1oz rounds and was very pleased with all aspects of the coins, company and processes. I was concerned using a check might be inelegant, but other than adding a week to delivery it went perfectly and I saved a couple of percents!!! The coins were so beautiful, I’ve just ordered my 4th…
