Apex Gaming PCs Tracking Order Status

Beast of a machine. HAs worked flawlessly for over a year, and handles any game I throw at it. would definitely buy my next machine here!

Probably the best wiring of a PC I have ever seen. The build quality makes other systems pale in comparison. I have not needed to use the support staff at all because the system came perfectly out of the box The only thing I wish it came with a windows 11 recovery usb so I could wipe the system

I had a great experience with Kerbe during my most recent phone call to apex support. My son was having issues identifying which of the adaptors connects to our wifi. She spent over 20 minutes on the phone with us connecting the device to configuring the wireless settings and I did not feel rushed at any point. As others have pointed out they do take a while to deliver but it was well worth thw wait.

I was so frustrated when I received my PC after 3 months and it was giving blue screens and rebooting/freezing constantly. I Called customer service and they got back to me within the hour. Ryan arranged a time with me to receive a call back. The next day at my scheduled time Jason called me and walked through several things with me. He was able to help me get it working and some tips to fix the other concerns. He gave me his direct line should I have any more problems or assured me they could arrange for the PC to be shipped back to them and fixed.

I was very skeptical about buying pc online but they did a great job on handling my order and I am very!! Pleased with my computer it was a good start for me
