APEMAN Tracking Order Status

I bought a the M4 mini projector used once or twice no it flashes at the bottom of the projection and is clearly faulty. Had it less than a month. I have contacted the customer service team took 2 weeks to reply but, they are sending me a new one free of charge.

Bought the H40 starter model to record wildlife in garden, fairly easy to set up, however just out of warranty and has stopped working, think must have got a bit damp - English weather!! It’s a pity it can’t cope with rain. Not sure what to replace it with now

The video on the replacement camera isn't as sharp as the first camera I bought. Had I bought it from Amazon I would have a new one.

Hi I ordered camera (order number UKAP9432) but Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. (This is confirmed by the photograph that Royal mail added to the tracking). Royal Mail have directed me back to contact Apeman. I have just emailed apeman with the following message below Hi I have photographic evidence that my order UKAP9432 has been left at the wrong address and I have not been able to retrieve it. Royal mail have advised me that I need to contact you as they can not help! Please advise. I need the camera ASAP> Peter M I am hopeful that Apeman will respond to my email and contact me promptly to resolve this so that I can give a 5 star review. They are not at fault for the incorrect delivery, it is the carrier, Royal Mail. I will give an update in a few days time Peter M
