I was not able to recover my data from the WD easystore 20 TB which false ejected and lost 60% of what I had. I also was not able to recover my data from my WD my passport 4 TB, which I deleted by accident and wanted to retrieve. The data showed itself but once I "recovered" it, it was corrupted and the MKV files would not play. Complete waste of time and money. I am giving it two stars because they were nice enough to refund me $40 (half of what I paid), but the way I see it I still paid $40 for a product that failed me twice. If I have any luck with the product in the future, I will come back and revise the review. For now, this is a fair account of the events, and I think all customers should know this coming into the situation so they can avoid wasting time, money, and computer processing scanning their files. I was able to find my lost files. The first time using Any Recovery

Although i faced a problem this this app the response of the people of this app was too fast. I think some parts need improvement but it is a excellent app. It found most of the files which were lost from my damaged hdd.
