Anycubic Tracking Order Status

Politique de retour très courte (7 jours) Entreprise hors EU => droits du consommateur non assuré. La qualité de l'imprimante que j'ai acheté n'était clairement pas à la hauteur du prix, j'ai aussitôt demandé un remboursement. Le coût du retour était à ma charge (60€ tout de même !). Le service client était terrible, j'ai eu 4 interlocuteurs différent, et malgré le fait que le suivi du colis indiquait que celui-ci avait bien été reçu, le support soutenais que ce n'était pas le cas et refusait le remboursement. J'ai enfin pu obtenir le remboursement 2 semaines après qu'ils aient reçu l'imprimante et après avoir contacté la DGCCRF ! Anycubic est désormais un 'no go' pour moi

Received the Kobra 2 very quickly, this is my 2nd 3d printer, and so far very impressed, quickly put together, and 1st 30 minutes later, with impressive results. My only criticism is that it did not ship with a profile for Cura, just a PLA file for Pusicslicer, customer services though responded quickly and have indicated that the profile will be available in a few days, so hopefully that will happen.

First off I ordered mine from Germany as I am in Ireland and it worked out cheapest. They were very quick and helpful with any questions I had and the printer arrived quickly and very well packaged. Since then I ordered more resin which was cheaper than anywhere else and that too arrived very quickly and again they answered are mails quickly.

Bought a Photon Mono a year ago and added another this year, but we're regretting it. The resin printers are ok for the price, so I'll add a star for this. But I don't trust their shop anymore. If I make a mistake, I'll take it. But when the shop or warehouse make mistakes, me and my partner is still paying. I took over ordering after my partner have had enough. Multiple parcels and "small mistakes". They add up and are time-consuming. First: In our country, if you pay toll and taxes on orders, handling gets a fee. This occurs on every new shipment order. The warehouses can send one order over multiple packages. Usually each warehouse produce one shipping order with multiple parcels related to it. This company doesn't do this. To us, this means each package is processed as a new shipment order. Our custom fees are ~15$ pr order. This accumulates on orders if you're unlucky and the warehouses decides to ship every part individually. (The record is 6 times on one order my partner did in October of 2022) I did complain last time this happened, and was offered 10% off my next order. And then: There's a pattern where products are sent wrong (wrong color, size, quality) quite often (1 out of 4-5 times by our experience). When we complain, they offer a small discount on my "next order", again. Of course this will be right away, because I didn't get what I needed. This time, I turned down their discount. Their solution is for me to pay out of pocket to return it. The warehouse sent out grey rather than clear uv- resin. We don't need and can't use grey, as I need clear to color the resin in our next projects. Complaining again, they'll cover up to 50$ in shipping, however the parcel cost twice as much. And it could be 20 days before they send the right product after they receive the parcel. This leaves us in a time-crunch. I'm not asking for toll to be covered or to keep anything. I just want what we ordered. The frequency of this, makes me wonder if this is some sort of strategy so I'll just go for the discount and spend more money. One way or another, I'll get us trough this without paying any more this time around, but I somehow feel like I have to lodge a complaint with my credit card company to make that happen. Edit: Of course time is if the essence. We've had to reorder. Here's looking for a new place to get my resin, and hopefully, parts.

Erfahrung über einen Anycubic vyper Kauf Ich bin total zufrieden. Die Bestellung über eBay einfach, die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Der Drucker ist prima und funktioniert sehr gut. Kein Leveling mehr mit Papier und eine tolle Technik für das Hotbed. Ich hatte nach 150 Stunden Druck Probleme mit Wrapping, kontaktierte den Service in China via eBay und erhielt einen ohne Probleme Ersatz für das Defekte Teil. Die Kontakt dauert ca. 6 h aber das ist zu verschmerzen. Der Service war gut und die Technik Klasse. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt; es gibt Videos zu allen Schritten des Aufbaus / Umbaus und ich bin als Old ager in der Lage das Ding zu bedienen. Ich würde den Service und das Produkt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
