Antler Tracking Order Status

My suitcase is light and exceptionally crafted. When I had to change my delivery address, customer service was quick to accommodate me.

An issue arose at the payment stage meaning I had a payment pending for an order I hadn’t finally authorised - pointless looking for a contact number- there isn’t one. Ridiculous that a prestigious company such as Antler elect for arms length Customer Service in favour of a ‘bot’…. Means I’ve spent time I haven’t got filling in forms and communicating via email to resolve the issue.

I like the size, color and weight of the bag. I don’t know how to set the lock and thought there would be instructions

The order was received in a timely manner. I am impressed with how lightweight, but sturdy the suitcases are.

I spent months questing for a solid carry-on to replace my aged roll-aboard. I took a chance on Antler, and I was rewarded with an amazing case. I travel frequently for business and almost as often have to check my baggage. I searched for a durable, yet stylish case to fit my needs. Antler's case is thicker than either similar Samsonite or TravelPro carry-ons. It survived being checked in twice now with minor scuffing on the exterior near the corners. The scuffs are buffable and not noticeable. Honestly, the carry-on just feels solid without feeling heavy or bulky. The YKK zippers are the best on the market. I feel they provide more security than those installed on Samsonite or TravelPro. These zippers aren't going to fail you. The expansion option allows for a great deal of storage. I was able to pack the same garments I used for a 14-day cruise despite the case being 20% smaller than my older roll-aboard. It also fits commercially available shelving systems that allow quick unpacking. The carry-on is also well balanced. My packed backpack (full of computer and tech materials), balanced atop the carry-on. The case never tipped, nor did it feel out of balance while rolling. If there is a shortcoming, it would be the wheels. The spinners rolled smoothly over most surfaces. However, the smaller wheels tended to catch on cobbled stones or raised transitions (tile/hardwood to carpet, any track/doorjamb greater than 1/8 inch). in most instances, the case tipped and turned into a two-wheel roll-aboard and continued nicely. I highly recommend this amazing carry-on.
