Anthropologie Tracking Order Status

The item delivered was broken. It was not a postal failure but a failure in production.

Super fast delivery. Ordered item in store, it arrived the next day.

Products lovely. One glass arrived broken and spoilt our gift but was eventually resent with no problems. I think more care should be taken with packaging. We paid a premium rate for quick delivery and we feel because of broken product that postage should be refunded. Also order arrived in 2 parts. The second part only just arrived in time with hours to go. Thus also not good enough.

Quick delivery, well packaged for safety of product and great product. Exactly what was advertised.
