Il forno di Anova è sicuramente molto innovativo quanto delicato. Però devo dire che dal momento che non ha più funzionato, e per fortuna era ancora in garanzia, mi è arrivato subito subito un sostituto. Perciò aldilà di tutto penso e scrivo che loro si impegnano per fare il massimo. Ovviamente bisogna rispettare anche i possibili limiti della situazione e capire che per il supporto ricevuto c'è voluto il suo tempo, che però ha dato i suoi frutti. Anova’s oven is certainly very innovative and delicate. But I have to say that since it did not "work" anymore, and fortunately it was still in warranty, I immediately got a replacement. So beyond everything I think and write that they are committed to doing their best. Of course, you must also respect the possible limits of the situation and understand that for support received has taken time, but it has paid off.

bought a nano and it works perfectly. very pleased with the device. however, at no time when buying the product did the marketing blurb inform the buyer that one the main features (using from a phone app for convenience) costs EXTRA via an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION! very very disappointed. I really wish I had bought a different brand now for less. I only paid a premium price for features I nowcan't use without paying again. I feel like I've been scammed. Terrible shame as I actually like the product, just hate being taken for a fool. If you provide features you know will sell the product make it very clear in the same paragraph there is a cost to using that service!

Excellent support. My faulty unit was replaced within a few days. 10 out of 10!

Jeg har længe været glad for min Anova Precision Cooker med wifi, men nu annoncerer de, at wifi funktionaliteten vil stoppe med at virke medio 2025. Jeg synes, at det er en kæmpe skandale, at man ikke går ind og tilbyder kunderne et erstatningsprodukt eller blot kæmpe rabat på udskiftning.

Bgt a Sous Vide 3.0 in May last year and have been very happy with it. Unfortunately it started switching off randomly mid cook . I filed a warranty claim online and got a very quick reply asking me to perform a couple of operation to potentially fix the problem. CS advised me that they needed to replace the unit and would be sending me one shortly. New unit arrived today - about 10 days since I filed the claim. While it’s disappointing the machine I couldn’t be happier with the after sales service I received. Well done !
