Another Version Tracking Order Status

Ordered a few things now from AV and have been impressed with every single item! The quality is amazing and the fit! I’ve recently had to contact customer service about a couple of things including ordering a new set but deciding i wanted to change the colour. I emailed them and response time was very fast! 100% recommend!

For a few years I anticipated making a purchase from Another Version, seeing the great amount of influencers styling their tracksuits. On the website it states that products are premium quality, so naturally my expectations were set high. However, upon unpacking the products I was quickly disappointed. To put things simply, these products aren't exactly "Super Soft" or "Premium Quality". In comparison to other non-premium hoodies I have purchased elsewhere, the material is more rough. As for the branding, this is printed on. You don't have to look closely to tell this will easily wear away. The website did not specify this, however I did expect this would be embroidered for durability. I went on to share my disappointment with the company however my email appears to have gone ignored. I must conclude that I am really struggling to understand the 4-5 star reviews.

Poor quality and terrible/ non existent customer service.

Another Version are the ONLY athleisure clothes you need in your life. Classic staple pieces mixed with refreshing colours and styles. The second skin leggings are a game changer. I have never had a pair of leggings that fit so well and feel so soft and comfy. The quality is next to none, so soft, so well made and on trend. I love how they have something for everyone. After having my second baby I've felt so self conscious about my body. But when I put on my AV I feel such a confidence boost. Thanks for helping me love my body more!!

HI The Ultimate collection is amazing, I ordered all the colors, I couldn't make up my mind and I don't regret it :). Fast delivery, great e-mail contact. The quality of cotton is the best. These are not my first tracksuits and definitely the last. I recommend !!!
