Amazing customer service and ordering!! due to the amazing sale on at the moment, i went into the maidstone store to grab some basic underwear, the lovely ladies helped me order my size to my house as my size wasn’t in store. so quick and easy, came so fast! but thankyou to all the maidstone store staff!! such lovely people.

I had an issue with one of the products from Ann Summers and after a brief email correspondence they understood the problem straight away and went above and beyond of what I expected. The whole process barely took a week and as a result I am a very happy customer. Thank you so much for an excellent customer service.

Ann summer very good customer services- I have order from them and need to return one item they help me process the return and refunded the money when they got the item. Very fast returns team.

Went into the Ann Summers shop in York with a friend as we were having a great day out and saw some lovely underwear there. As we were browsing, my friend saw a suspender belt in the sale and when I talked to the young man there explaining my normal size etc, he was so helpful I bought two and they fit perfectly. I even bought some new seamed stockings to go with and whilst talking to the young man, his colleague assisted with the correct stocking size too. Brilliant service and very friendly. I will definitely go in there again.

Went to Ann Summers in Milton Keynes to upgrade my Rabbit. Came away with the Nova 2, and let’s just say it does not disappoint! However, this review is really a big shout out to Harriet who assisted with the purchase - knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly - explained the products and helped us navigate the choices.
