Fantastic chair! Easily the best chair I have ever owned. I bought the phantom 3 after using a Serta office chair and this chair beats it in every way. It’s almost as good as my old Secret Lab chair for 500 dollars less. Even the assembly was easy, and the shipping was fast. Worth every penny I spent.

When I opened the box, the way everything was packed and the quality look of all the parts was very impressive. The instructions and pictures that accompanied it were very easy to follow. The chair was very easy to put together, everything fit exactly the way it was supposed to.

The seat is a lot of hype. All show, no go. The cushion is hard as a rock. The return policy is rediculous. If you assemble it, your stuck with it. How the hell are you supposed to determine if it works for you without assembly. Wasted my money.
