It was nice to get my DNA for the kit I paid for but I’m a little upset that if you want to get more info on your DNA matches, you have to pay for an ancestry membership and that’s not cheap.

While Ruth was very helpful, it took me a long time indeed to find where to get help with my problem. The digital help was of no help at all.

I made a rash decision and wanted it reversed. The company obliged me.

I gifted Ancestry DNA Kits for Xmas presents. From that date I have been bombarded with emails offering chances to join and find more info. It would be more helpful if this was offered after you get the results. This way you can work out better what services you would like. Now I have my results i am a little confused as to what my membership will get me and how I can match it up with my results. Also it needs to be clear exactly how much and how long for. Is it one of those tricks where they get you to pay for what you think is 6 months and then the money keeps coming out of your bank account?
