ancestry Tracking Order Status

I was asked to do a DNA test by my 4th Cousin who has been doing much research for years and who is obviously very expert. The plan was to Invite her to be a Manager for my account to use as she wished. I have neither the skill or inclination to do much research so I was more than happy to Invite her as Manager. However although following the very clear instructions to Invite my Cousin to be Manager,she never received any of the 5 attempts I made to Invite her. In desperation I eventually had a Live Chat with an operative from Ancestry who did manage to send the invite which was accepted. However I am still not able to Invite others to be Viewers as I would like to do. I have no doubt Ancestry is a wonderful tool for research but for me personnally it has been a real pain in the neck!

I loved how easy the process was. It was broken down step by step. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. The processing time did take a while but it was worth it. I prefer this company instead of others.

I really like all the information that you can find on the app, the Help center and Q&A are excellent. The DNA results are very detailed, the fact that they connect you with close members of you family is incredible. But for me so far I haven't been able to find anything, the search option works if you're looking for someone in USA or a few countries. I have been looking information for family members in Spain and Germany and not even with the DOB I'm able to find them. Also if you come from South America like me, maybe you won't find any information at all. I really hope that one of my matches has something that can help me find my grandpa
