Bad experience !!! They deducted the amount twice and I mailed them couple of times but no response.

Thieves !! My sister bought shoes and she got the size wrong, and when they change it they charged her again !! They disregarded all they emails she sent

I ordered a pair of shoes for $395.OO. To my disappointment the shoes are not true to size as stated in the item description. Just by removing the shoes from the box, you can see plainly the shoes are smaller than they should be. I contacted the company & they refuse to refund any monies because its not their policy. For a company to sell $400 shoe and up, you would assume it would be a great company to purchase from. Nope! I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from them. Every review is bad. It seems this company is well known of scamming people. They make it difficult to even exchange your shoes also. There is not contact number only email. I have to take action legally to get a refund. Stay away from this company unless you like giving money away.
