American Tall Tracking Order Status

The clothes were mostly ok, except for a couple of items like the cozy lounge joggers which got hole within them after 2 washes. It's a shame as you can't return these items: the cost is too high! They've got a captive audience as tall people don't really have much choice. Their athletic wear seems fine though.

I purchased a polo & a tee from American Tall. Both my shirts have holes in them and they are junk! I paid almost $40 for a polo that was not even completely sewn at seem & my tee had a hole in back. I would’ve returned them but it’s more hassle than it’s worth! Aside from this I’m 6’3 and the polo shirt was short! My shirts from Under Armour are way longer and better quality. American Tall sells thin crappy shirts!

Customer service isn't. They have an automated chatbot, but I needed to speak or chat with a human about sizing. I finally got the chatbot to refer me to the "live support team," but after several seconds I got a message: "You've disconnected from the agent. Would you like to try again?" and I had to click "Try again." Repeatedly. After 20 or so times of this, I gave up. Update: I eventually received a reply by email, but a few days later I have another question about a return and have the same problem with their chatbot. I'm making an exchange, and the link to a packing slip on their returns page is broken. This is during hours when a live agent is supposedly available. I'm sure I'll get another reply in 2-3 days but - grrrrrr. My sense is this is a relatively new company, putting more attention into products than a seamless customer experience. Seeing all the complaints here, I hope they throw serious attention into working out the service kinks soon. Quality of the clothes seems good.

(62f) I have a 36” inseam. It is difficult to find age appropriate clothes that are long enough. I find many quality clothes th sat fit fantastic. Thank you American Tall!

I buy for two tall sons from them. The prices are high- I wait for sales- but the fit is always consistent. The quality is great. they are the only company that I have found for my tall, thin sons.
