American Girl Tracking Order Status

This review is for American Girl’s amazing customer service. My daughter wanted 5 things from AG this Christmas- all 5 were at the top of her list. I ordered online Dec 10 and just realized on 12/20 that I hadn’t received the package. AG had sent the package to FedEx, and FedEx had lost it. I called FedEx, who offered no help whatsoever, so I called AG. Donna (the AG customer service rep) was sympathetic, friendly, placed my re-order AND arranged for overnight shipping at no cost to me. The package arrived on 12/22 - and I am so happy not to disappoint my 8-yr-old daughter this Christmas. Thanks AG! You solved a problem that you were not responsible for. Amazing! You’re a bright light when so many big companies have forgotten the value of treating customers well.
