AMC Theatres Tracking Order Status

I love AMC porchester all the stuff is wonderful especially Stephanie she has a great personality it's very vibrant and loved the way she dressed up for Guardians of the Galaxy Look just like Gomorrah Love my AMC! And I am alist.

I ordered my movie tickets and food purchase on the AMC app. I see that I was charged $2 for a delivery charge for my food. I received a text stating my food would be delivered to my seat at movie time. It was 5 minutes past and I still did not have my food. I went to concessions and they told me they were delivering now. I went back to my seat. I waited another 7 minutes with no delivery. Again I went to concessions and found my food at the pickup area. Why am I charged $2 when I have to get it myself? I am an AMC Stubs member.

The movie was good. I like your movie discounted prices. But I dislike your chairs. They were old and dirty. Your parking lot was filthy with trash all over. It was very gross. Your restrooms weren't clean. The big pretzel that I bought was undercooked. The inside wasn't cooked enough. If you want people to come and see movies at your movie theater then it needs to be clean.

Movie was great but food prices are more than movie. Popcorn isn’t worth the $$

My son dropped my food. Stephanie at the ticket window noticed and cleaned it up and then got me a brand new order. Thank you so much
