Amberscript DE Tracking Order Status

Das Tool ist mittelmäßig. Es spart etwas Zeit verglichen mit dem Selbst-Transkribieren, aber es ist in keiner Weise vergleichbar etwa mit otter.ai, das es leider nur für Englisch gibt. Vor allem hat Amberscript immer wieder ganze Sätze oder Satzteile einfach nicht transkribiert, obwohl die Sprechqualität gleichbleibend war. Dafür ist es viel zu teuer. Sorry.

Amberscript makes fast and great steps to improve its Service.

I used Amberscript to transcript an Interview between two native Austrian speakers and it was done just perfectly despite the dialect and the casual way of speaking. I was truly impressed and will use it for all my following interviews, as it is quickly done and saves so much time and energy. I am 100% satisfied!

Using Amberscript has helped in my work life by freeing up the time I would need to transcribe so I can get other things done. Just recently, I had four interviews that amounted to almost two hours of audio. Instead of having to take 3-4hours to transcribe and re-listen to those, I was able to upload them to Amberscript and within 15-20mins have everything I need. The interface is easy to use, and the basic generated transcript is perfect for what I need. I love being able to find the section I am looking for in the text, and be able to click in and listen to the audio at that point. I have been using it for a little over a year now and am glad I stumbled upon it!

Using Amberscript saved me hours of work. I used the automatic translation. Because of the nature of the audio, which was a conversation, I did still have to edit for about 30 minutes, but that is fine for 1.5 hours of content. It did not recognise certain English words (the audio was in Dutch) that are frequently used in Dutch conversations. This could be improved.
