Amazon Australia Tracking Order Status

Been buying off Amazon Australia for a while and every time except this time has been excellent. It only takes one bad experience to spoil everything good. Had one item from a multi item order get 'Lost'. There own website said as it had passed their allotted timeframe I can request a refund. I go to request a refund and find all their reason options imply the item was delivered and requests it be sent back. After you proceeed you then get an email saying your refund won't be processed until the item is received.... Contacted customer service (which is not easy to find). Said I couldn't get a refund (not explanation why). Said I could get a replacement sent or 1 month of free Prime subscription! Considering the item is valued in the hundreds and he wanted me to accept 1 month of Prime subscription as compensation! He was resisting passing me to his manager when requested multiple times. Later went looking for a way to lodge official feedback to Amazon only to discover it doesn't appear to exist. Come on Amazon...

We use Amazon alot we probably get at least 1 delivery a week in my household I just want to say how much I appreciate the service they give Over 3 years we have probably had 2 or 3 issues which Amazon customer service refunded Even had an email yesterday from a delivery I'd missed from a month ago, telling me they were sorry that the refund had been overlooked and it was now going to my bank Honestly I can't fault Amazon Good work 🏆

Am not impressed with shipping time, but the products I ordered were good quality, except a few.

Next day shipping is unbelievable to me. Any product issues aren't Amazon issues, because they are only the portal through which other companies sell. Amazon's returns process is quick and easy.
