Amantel Tracking Order Status

At the time this seemed very cheap / £5 for 60 minutes to Kenya. Initial set up was disastrous as I had to contact Customer Service. None of their access numbers were working. It is true that their agent did stay on the problem but all he could do was say try again tomorrow. Tomorrow came and without any difficulty after I’d entered PIN/authorisation code and my recipient’s phone number, I was connected. BUT, line quality is very poor and there is obviously a delay in words reaching the other end. To ensure you can hear each other, and know when to talk, you almost need to say “over” when you’ve finished speaking so the other person knows they can start. I definitely won’t be buying another package. It’s worth pointing out that although I dial a UK-looking number, at the other end the call appears like it’s coming from a Kenyan mobile!

This is a very unreliable service, several times connected with an unknown person and the rate is not as they post

I am a long time Amantel customer.their service level has hit rock bottom.everytime i make my calls,i get a response that my account balance is low and the call is diconnected.to add insult to injury my minutes are deducted for every try.to get through,i have to call customer service who always put me on a long hold then reassure me all is fine which of course is not true and we have to go through the process on my next call.cant wait for my credit to expire and am going with another provider
