AMain Hobbies Tracking Order Status

I have been ordering parts and supplies from Amain for over four years. My stuff always arrives on time and correct. Usually takes three days or less to arrive.Have had very good experience with their customer service and support. This is the best retailer out there period!!!

The timeline for shipping quoted on website is way off. Was told that “it’s just an estimate”. The estimate was way way off for the “expedited” shipping I paid for. Will arrive more than 1 week later than the website suggested. If you can’t possibly match the estimate, don’t put it up on the site. I made the purchase because of the delivery, not the price. Very poor management of expectations.

Shipping takes entirely too long. over two weeks to receive parts. really??? Im tired of the covid excuse so don't use it. EVERY order is running late and not delivered on time. get your Sh..t together or quit using USPS. Last time I will order from them

I've ordered... TOO much stuff from AMain. Their prices are always pretty competitive with any other stores and their shipping is always fast. I had one issue with shipping info that never updated until the package was actually delivered, but that was the carrier's fault. My only real complaint is that they tend to have stuff out of stock pretty often, but not usually for too long. That said, when it's in stock, they have the best selection of aftermarket parts, for the RC vehicles that I own, that I've been able to find in the US. All of the places I've found more and/or different parts are in China and between the shipping prices and wait time, I'll stick with AMain.

Amain hobbies USA .. Ordered quad charger for rc cars came quick no issues.. beware of custom’s charges .£57 I had to pay at Birmingham parcel force depot . I paid as I wanted charger couldn’t get one in U.K. . Amain hobbies seem a professional outfit . 😎👍🏻🇬🇧
