Prompt delivery, good product. I think they need to improve their 'contact us' facility and leave a phone contact. This was my first order with them, I got no confirmation number or email confirmation but payment was taken so just to make sure I hadn't been scammed I tried to contact them but the 'catcha' thingy kept rejecting my message and there was no other contact information, available on the website, otherwise everything fine.

No order confirmation email sent. Contact form on website was broken, so no way of getting in touch. Eventually managed to resolve unavailable item with full refund.
