ALT. Fragrances Tracking Order Status

After I had ordered the products for I believe the 4th time, I accidentally used my old address. I immediately emailed them explaining that I needed to change the address, and they agreed to. Something happened where the product was still sent to the old address. I emailed them again, and they sent it out to me at no charge. To me, that is superb customer service!

Shipping took longer than expected and the bottles were not securely tightened, causing loss of some product. I am also disappointed with two scents since I purchased the bundle, but that is my fault for choosing popular scents without knowing what the originals smelled like. The scent I do like does not last long at all.

At last my fragrance came, 1st order went to wrong person 2nd order went to the wrong person 3rd time lucky! Order received, and the fragrance does smell like the original well done

It is exactly what it says it is. Great fragragrances.

All this time I been trying to use my points and every time I fail I don’t know what I’m doing wrong otherwise the application is easy to use and the service is great Thank you guys
