I was having difficulty hearing my previous call to Alpharooms, therefore I was grateful to get a call from Vincent who helped me with my problem of booking a holiday with the vouchers I had. Vincent was very helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. He is excellent at his job. Thankyou

Elton helped me today with patient and even called me back right away once I lost my connection. I was trying to sort my booking amendment for a week I am glad my last call reached to him. He professionally took over the process and achieved the result I was looking for. Those bookings are already stressful and you need people like Elton you feel like you are in good hands.
