The ramp is great! It's just what I needed for my 2 Shih Tzus and my Shorkie. They all got used to it quickly and now use it consistently to get on and off the bed. I had a minor issue where I needed to contact customer service and they were wonderful and very responsive.

I've been searching for a ramp for my dog that has a torn ACL and can't jump, I purchased a ramp and couldn't be more happy, the quality is great, adjustable heights , looks nice and most important wide enough where my dog is not fearful to walk up it. I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm happy to say it exceeded my expectations, and I also contacted CS to ask a question and my response came very quickly. So if your thinking about dealing with Aplha Paw Inc. don't hesitate you and your pet won't be disappointed. ( This is an honest review from an actual customer) we all know how many fake reviews for products are out)

Amazing service and products! Received the nail trimmer and tried it on our dogs. They aren’t scared of it and I’m able to get their nails trimmed at home. Saves us a lot of money and time. It’s very quiet.
