AllModern Tracking Order Status

I can't say enough great things about AllModern/Wayfair. We purchased a rather pricy item that the carrier damaged. I filed a complaint with the carrier and AllModern, along with the carrier complaint. I provided documentation. AllModern has gone above and beyond in ensuring resolution of this. Their customer service reached out to me and have been so proactive. I am so impressed and appreciative. I've purchased several things from AllModern/Wayfair and always been pleased.

I ordered a yellow pillow, they sent caramel and expected me to pay return shipping. I had to call customer service she asked for a picture and then told me it was muted yellow but sent a return label. Brown is NOT muted yellow. I tried again ordering lemon curry and was sent yellow this time. I would never order from them again. If you do get the wrong product they offer a 20% discount to keep it acting like they are doing you a favor by not making you pay return shipping for their error

I've bought a few pieces from AllModern over the years. As other reviewers have stated, it's a sister company to Wayfair with filtered, modern selection - so if you've bought from there, you know how more affordable furniture can go; hit or miss. I haven't bought anything super costly from here (under $1k) - but I give it 4 stars because it's a legitimate furniture site with real reviewers but wouldn't expect the quality from say, West Elm. At one point I bought a 2-star bench because the price was unbeatable and thought the few reviewers had outlier experiences, but my bench arrived visibly damaged (as other reviewers on the site said). I reported it to AllModern and after going through the review process they gave me a full refund, no return needed. I've also bought other decently priced furniture from here and the style is good, they basically dupe a lot of CB2 and West Elm products at cheaper prices which means you'll get lesser quality, but still better than IKEA I'd say.

I do not really understand this website.

Ordered a pair of high end dining chairs. Communications and delivery were smooth. Chairs look great. Saved 30% from big name sites.
