Allivet Tracking Order Status

Allivet truly has some of the best customer service available in this era. Too often we must speak with a virtual bot or no one at all. When they couldn't fix a glitch from a coupon, and when the credit they gave me wouldn't go through either, they deducted it from my total before billing my credit card and then shipped my order overnight.

Too expensive but i cannot get medications anywhere but Allivet. I wish more discounts is given since I've been ordering from Allivet for over two years now.

I have used them several times in the past. But I can admit that my like for them faded. I always bought the same thing from them, Simparica Trio. There used to be coupons and can even buy 1 month supply unlike others. So I wanted to keep doing the Simparica Trio for my dog but it was out of stock for like 6 months. The thing that irritated me was the CONSTANT emails about buying it. Well I cannot buy it if you don't have it. So I asked them when its supposed to be in stock and they had no idea. Not great customer service. Zero help. Stop the repetitive emails if you don't have it then! Now the price has went up everywhere including here, but here they have no good coupons anymore at Allivet. I can save a lot more elsewhere unfortunately. So I guess I don't buy here anymore. Back to PetMeds again, ugh.

These people delivered a quality product, and they did it fast. I’ll for sure be using them again and recommending them whenever I get a chance. I don’t know what the last few negative reviews have been about, but so far (1 order) they’ve been great.

Ordered two-day shipping first half of the day on Friday. Next business day was Tuesday, and it shipped on Wednesday. In other words, they don't care. Will be going back to CSP. At least they're not way down in Miami.
