Allianz Travel Insurance Tracking Order Status

This company made me jump through hoops to get my refund back. Under the Heppa law, it is none of their business what my medical problem was. I paid the fee for the insurance and that is all they need to know.

In general, my experience was good. My claim was paid in full. I did have to make multiple phone calls to get information on how my claim was progressing. There was little communication and it took almost 4 months after making the claim for payment.

Had to cancel our flight due to a surgical issue. Website was easy to use, including downloading documents, etc. Follow up from Allianz was professional and timely. Thank you.

Quick and Diligent Response I submitted my request on April 28th and heard back about my claim on May 4th, less than 5 business days. I submitted a thorough claim with a clear explanation of attachments and my specific request. Spoiler alert: they're fulfilling my claim and reimbursing me for the cancellation, so naturally, they're in my good graces. I had an unexpected family health situation come up and unfortunately, had to cancel my trip. I'm glad I bought insurance and that they were able to resolve my claim.
