I ordered 2 scrub tops on 9/16. They both arrived today 9/23. I ordered a Stitch M scrub top and a Marvel M Scrub top. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I read them after and did a lot of research. The reviews had me worried I was scammed. I tried to check my order status and it would say my order didn’t exist which concerned me even more. I called the customer service number and got an immediate answer. The representative was so kind. They explained their website was being updated. The told me my items were shipped 9/19 and would arrive today. They did arrive today. It was exactly what I ordered. I’m 155lb and both M tips for perfectly. All these bad reviews had me worried for nothing. This company is not a scam. They have wonderful customer service. They are based in California. I received my items sooner than I expected. I will order again and I’m pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful embroidery service. Some decent clearance deals. But beware- anything you buy on sale YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN. I bought 2 sets of the same size. One fits perfectly & the other cannot even get on!? I have a pair of scrub pants that I paid $9 for. They don't fit. I have to pay $8 to return $9 pants! I don't like buying anywhere that I can't return for free if it doesn't fit when it arrives! That's just crappy service.

I ordered scrub tops from this company twice already, and each time, it has been a satisfying experience. The material is of good quality and their products are reasonably priced compared with other uniform companies. In addition, items are delivered rather quickly (arrived in 10 days).

I ordered on All Heart for the first time because they had the brand of pants I wanted for a great price. My order arrived in a timely manner and I received what I paid for. I will probably order from this site again, soon.

The delivery, prices, and customer service are fine. I have no complaints about that. If you want to purchase from here, go directly to the store if you can. Just be aware of their store policies regarding exchanges. I got their brand uniforms. The size/fit was completely off, so I opted for a larger size, twice. And twice the sizes were off. I knew that I could fit a different brand in the original size just fine, but with this store, I could not get a different brand, they were apparently so technology deprived that they couldn't simply charge me the difference if the price was more. I asked if I could just get store credit (you know, so I could use it on the brand I KNEW I could fit) but that was not an option. My ONLY option was to get the same brand and style in a different size. Again, I had already tried that, twice. So, now, since the refund time has passed (not their fault), I am stuck with a box full of uniforms, still in their original packaging, save for two pair of pants I tried on. The only thing they are good for is quilt making. Or maybe I'll make some ragdolls.
