AllClear Travel Insurance UK Tracking Order Status

Phoned to renew my annual travel ins. Giovanna was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when dealing with my queries. Premiums have gone up quite a bit from last year but as has everything else. Decent cover for pre existing conditions and seem less process

I had to call customer services to check cover available for an existing medical condition I had declared before proceeding to buy a policy. Spoke to Jonathon who impressed me with his knowledge & was extremely efficient with a very pleasant manner leaving me reassured.

The person I spoke to was very clear and adamant that we kept to the questions asked. He was extremely pleasant with a no nonsense attitude which I found quite refreshing. Am more than satisfied with the service received. Due to my extensive medical complaints he explained the eventual cost would reflect all conditions and that I would be extensively covered if I needed to use the cover

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Alan who was so patient with helping finding cover for myself and my child who has health issues. Would definitely use again
