Alice Bow (US) Tracking Order Status

Great products (I have lots in different colours) Also recently bought the shearling ones. Delivery always prompt and everything in perfect condition. The insoles fit so easily into shoes, sandals and recently put the shearling into my Ugg trainers. Love them, so surprised by the poor reviews.

I placed an order for an in-stock item on Wednesday night, then for some reason, I checked reviews after placing the order. I must admit I panicked a little after seeing the awful reviews and wish I could cancel the order, or hadn't ordered in the first place. Two days later, on Friday morning, my order was delivered without any problems, so hopefully, the situation has now improved with Alice Bow!

I love my experience buying in this shop, I really like their Leather Insole it is very comfortable. Great job, keep it up.

Happy with the insoles. Ordered before in the past and they make my sneakers so comfy to wear. Elana was lovely when I emailed she had replied to my emails but they went in the junk and I thought I was being ignored. I come to leave this review and see other reviews about emails not being replied, I advise them people to check the spam folder

delivery did take longer than expected but I was updated and received the order last week, very happy with the items
