Alexander Wang Tracking Order Status

I wish to raise a complaint about damaged boots received, and that I was incorrectly charged £246 shipping costs. A Wang does not have a complaints or dispute resolution process; customer care contacts (email, chat and phone) give automated responses only. There is no way to escalate or resolve problems.

Wish I’d checked the reviews! Bought a pair of £700 boots. Too small so returned them. Apparently everything is distributed out of Hong Kong. The boots were confirmed by tracking as received but I heard nothing about a refund. After multiple approaches they now say the boots are scuffed and will be disposed of unless I agree to take them back. I have asked for our dispute to be escalated to a complaint and a copy of their dispute resolution process with no response.

Beautiful products- until they go wrong. I bought a pair of £600 boots with a “floating heel “ where the heel is supported by a metal post so it looks as if it is separate to the shoe. The metal post started sinking into the heel after 6 wears. I have contacted Alexander Wang 8 times now with no resolution. They keep telling me that the enquire has been referred to their repair department. Hardly the premium service I would expect for a premium product & price.
