Terrible service ! Ordered on the 28.11.2022 no confirmation email. Paid through a buy now pay later service so hoping they will reimburse me. Shocking service for such a well known brand !! Update : trainers came today Aldo replied to me via messenger. An email when purchased would have helped me they got here !

Order 3 pairs of shoes online in sale Items arrived promptly and were good quality. Had to return one pair as a bit tight and my return took a couple of weeks to reach them which was a bit longer than one I returned to another company at exactly the same time. Emailed them to make sure everything was ok and they promptly helped me and stayed in contact. Happy customer!
