My friend recommended that I buy a bag from Aldo, and I really liked it. I also found another bag I liked, so I ordered both. Unfortunately, one of them arrived in an untidy condition and was missing the crossbody strap. I contacted Aldo’s customer service, and they responded quickly, apologized, and offered appropriate compensation. I appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. Yes, I will definitely shop at Aldo again.

Return policy is against Consumer Contracts Regulations. They deduct the delivery cost (not just the return post cost) from your refund. Basically, if you'd like to spend £9 to try on a pair of shoes, order from Aldo. The shoes themselves seemed nice, but came up large. I'm not interested in spending another £9 to see if the size 5 might fit.

Shoes fit, arrived next day, were a great price, excellent customer service. I was worried as read reviews on here AFTER I ordered so I emailed them and they responded quickly. Really good; a shame they’ve gone into administration.

Bought shoes worth over 200 pounds worth as I thought I'll invest in leather shoes. After first time going out with them the front of the shoes peeled off. Managed to wear one more time looks awful. Tried to contact custumore service replied only after second time getting in touch and no help. Waste of money! Giving 2 stars only because days before never had problems before. Sadly it's going to be last time a shopped at Aldo.
