Delivery was confirmed and on time. The box was placed inside the front door. The desk was exactly as described and a quality piece of furniture.

The desk I ordered took forever to ship, but that was a warehouse issue. (Shorthanded, lots of orders, etc) Through the process, they were very communicative and responded to concerns and questions quickly. I generally got answers within 24 hours. Once in, the delivery went very smoothly. The delivery company called to schedule, and was also easy to work with. The desk itself was well worth the wait, all around a good experience
