AlbeeBaby Tracking Order Status

I always like to purchase directly from manufactuer but in this case the direct manufactuer was out of stock of the item and AlbeeBaby had the item and also offered warranty. Because of shipping times I chose the 2nd pick of the stroller wagon I wanted instead of my top pick and soon found out from a FB group that the shipping times were quicker than noted. Frustrated with this, I emailed AlbeeBaby customer service and received a response within the hour - a few emails back and forth and the customer service rep fulfilled the new order, cancelled the original order and saved me more money than I anticipated! AMAZING!

My favorite online baby store. Customer service is amazing, from an issue with my Cybex and an issue with store credit it was resolved within minutes of sending an email. This company goes above and beyond for its costumers. I’ve ordered a numerous amount of times from them, the shipping is great, communication is great, and they’re super friendly!

Great experience with customer service. I sent an email regarding issues with accessing my account and had it resolved within 24 hours. Embarrassingly enough, the issue turned out to be a typo on my part. Price for product I bough was best I found online and shipping was very fast. I received my order only 5 days after placing it!

Ordered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates for a total of over $600. 2 arrived with significant scratches. 1 never arrived. Was told the last one would ship within 3 days, then a week goes by, I ask about it - it's on back order. Replacement for scratched baby gates arrive - one is cracked. Albee baby doesn't answer the phone and barely responds to email. Thank goodness the manufacturer responded to my emails. Probably would use Amazon or BuyBuyBaby in the future.

Excellent customer service and high quality products! Bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair. Unfortunately the chair came with some scratches. Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.
