Alamo Tracking Order Status

Everything was great, except the car didn't have an output to charge an iPhone 11. Not ideal for a long trip.

Rented many cars over the years and Alamo was by far the best. Easy,fast, and great car selection. We got a car better than we expected. Service was fast and easy. Saved money through Costco travel too. We rented at Las Vegas airport and returned at San Francisco airport.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Einfahrt bei Rückgabe war es eng und unübersichtlich. Aber dank der Hilfe von Mitarbeiter H. Ryless Hiba war es kein Problem. Vielen Dank!

Kevin helped us at the start of our rental in the Tampa airport... excellent quick service... no lines and very simple and efficient. Also helpful and friendly. Lenny Cruz completed our rental car agreement when we dropped the car off at the Tampa airport... he was efficient, courteous and helpful. No hassle and lots of cars to pick from!! Thanks Alamo.

Hab über TUICars.de ein Auto gebucht und bereits bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, dass ich aus irgendeinem Grund noch 1$ zahlen muss. Meine Kreditkarte (International Mastercard, von der auf der Webseite steht, dass sie angenommen wird) wurde aber nicht akzeptiert, noch wurde meine US Debitcard oder die Kreditkarte von meinem Partner aus den USA genommen (muss die Karte der buchenden Person sein) und das Auto wegen diesem einen Dollar nicht ausgehändigt. Nach einer Stunde diskutieren kam zum Glück die Managerin zufällig vorbei und sagte, sie können eine Ausnahme machen, da es sich nur um einen Dollar handelt. Das "Problem" war dann innerhalb von 5min gelöst. Man merkt, dass sie einem das Leben einfach gerne schwer machen...
