Air Serbia is clearly working on a tight budget and struggles to provide an adequate service. This means allowing a lot of time to check in and connect flights, and all of our four flights were delayed. The baggage handlers in Belgrade are the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying, including some very dodgy airports, so expect your check-in bags to go missing. It took two weeks for our bag to be found and returned. While this is not the fault of Air Serbia, BEG is the hub of this airline and the non-responsiveness to many telephone and e-mail queries about our bag suggests a poor attitude to customer service. The hard-worked airside staff at Air Serbia were generally helpful, which is why this review has two stars and not one.

To all the users of this site who wrote comments about lost bags, it is not the fault of any airline in the world, remember that well and don't write any more nonsense here. Airport management is solely responsible for lost bags, not the airlines. The airlines have nothing to do with your bags, they are solely responsible for the workers who work on loading and unloading the plane, so the airport is to blame, not the airline. So there is a great possibility that your bags were not even put on the plane from the airport where you started your journey, and it can also be a problem when you arrive at a certain airport, that their workers have put your bags in who knows where. No plane in the world can take off on a new flight if the plane is not completely emptied of bags first, so that the bags for the next flight can be loaded. Don't post more nonsense here.

Wir sind mit Air Serbia via Belgrad nach Tivat geflogen. Nachdem ich hier die Bewertungen gelesen habe, habe ich befürchtet, dass es Probleme mit den Koffern geben wird. Nichts ist davon eingetreten. Alle Koffer sind trotz Umstiegs in Belgrad am Zielort angekommen. In beiden Flügen haben wir eine kleine Wasserflasche und eine Kleinigkeit an Süßigkeiten erhalten, was auch in Ordnung war. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der enormen Verspätung des Anschlussfluges.

The website is terrible and not user-friendly. Please improve it, the information on it is often hard to find. About the flights: I fly on average once every two months and 50% of the time there are delays of an hour or more. The food on board leaves a lot to be desired. They give you a 0.2 bottle of water :((((( I really hope that things will improve...
