Buyer beware- your “reservation” means nothing and won’t be honored. I reserved an Enterprise car. When we showed up, they were sold out and didn’t have a car for us. They had the reservation, but they didn’t honor is. We ended up renting from Hertz and paid twice the price. That’s the last time I use this terrible website for booking a rental car. And Priceline for that matter.

Reserved two 7-person passenger vans and was assigned Dollar Car Rental at the San Antonio. When the cars were picked up (not by me), Dollar had no record of the prepaid collision damage insurance and wanted to charge $200+ more per car than was listed in our price quote from Airport Rental Cars. I immediately got on the phone with Airport Rental Cars customer service, and they "think" the extra cost is a deposit required by Dollar. They don't actually know. Would have been great to at least be warned of any additional costs beforehand since our organization is a small nonprofit on a tight budget. To be fair, Airport Rental Cars customer service was pretty decent and I was connected with an agent quickly. I asked for a refund on the collision damage insurance on each car since the people in our group that picked up the cars were told at the Dollar counter that nothing had been paid for and they would need to pay for insurance again (the cost was more than double that we originally paid). The customer service agent first said that we could only get an insurance refund from Airport Car Rentals on one car, and after I asked again they "double-checked" and discovered that both could be refunded. Okay. At the end of the day, this was a big, unnecessary hassle and it demonstrates this company's inability to actually connect with the rental car companies. Fortunately, I was able to get the case numbers for the complaints I made, and I will be calling back if we don't get our deposits returned because costing innocent people extra money for the company's ineptitude is not acceptable.

Tried multiple times to get my email address removed from the mailing list. Terrible service and the contact us section on website doesn’t work. Happy to remove this review from trustpilot if someone from the company can contact me by replying to the review.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SITE!!! I've rented under this site, never got my car because my ID was "invalid" and I had to contact them to get a refund. I'm still trying to get a refund and they won't answer to me. They will ask for my info and never reply back to me. Worst site ever!! Do not rent from this site! I wish I would have read the reviews first!

Apart from the fact that you signed me in for zero damage insurance cover on my car rental, it worked efficiently and I am very happy with the service.
