Not degrading but hope this helps to improve quality. Fist of all most of the TV are old and many of them were not working. As a 14 hours flight, This is too horrible. Recliner not working or not much room for moving it. Delayed and missed some ones connection flight Rude service of hostesses

To good sirvece in air India

In spite of really bad weather throughout the journey, we did not feel any turbulence at all. Very smooth take off and landing by the pilot. The crew looked after my husband very well who had swollen feet. Thank you Air India team.

it took a Paris-->-Delhi->Hyderbad journey with 2 hour layover in Delhi took 22 hours; KUDOS AIR India for safely landing the plane. if life gives a chance, do not be those that operate air India service; be it their IT support staff, Ops team or freeloading govt babus. Booked reluctantly knowing how bad they are, they prove every time they are not worth a pisa they get and they proved it again today

Earlier this was the airline to avoid :) sorry to be honest here but since the Tata acquisition the quality of customer service has improved significantly. I recently had a problem when returning to UK from India and their customer service was fa bu lous :) and yes this review would be incomplete if I don't mention the food. Its way better than British Airways which I used to use in the past.
