Affordable Compression Socks Tracking Order Status

BEWARE! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They don’t allow anything other than 4 or 5 stars for their reviews on the website. My 1 star did not get published. I ordered 2 pr of the 20-30 mm compression socks and am extremely disappointed in them. quality and sizing. I’ve sent them 6 emails in the last 3 weeks and got the identical computer generated reply. The 7th one a week ago finally got a response and they said a “store credit is being processed,” and still no credit is being issued a week later and my 30 days is running out for a return. Unfortunately I’m stuck with these and am out the money. Wish I had thought to check BBB, where they have an “F” rating, before I dealt with this miserable, despicable, disreputable company. PLEASE, don’t make the same mistake I did. I agree the 5* is a plant here, as well as all the 4 and 5 stars on their website that are bogus.

One of the products I ordered was not wearable after one day. I tried to make contact with the company via the phone, but no one answers. I finally made contact via an email, and they responded via a standard email. I asked for an exchange, since I was told there is no refund. Note, the no refund is not indicated on their opening site. I have been back\forth to inquire about an exchange but they continue to give me the run around. I've had enough and I have reported them to my bank. Stay away from this company.

First off their sizes are wrong. 3xl barely fits my 7 year old and trying to contact customer service is a joke!! It’s only automatic and just says the same thing over and over, no exchange happened

Placed order 10/26/2022 and they then get a USPS tracking number but never send the product. Has been "in transit" since 10/26/2022. Forget trying to get in touch with them by phone and emails are replied to with canned statements. Almost a month later and still have not received them. Person who gave them 5 stars was definitely a plant. Put a dispute in with credit card and also reported them the AZ Attorney General's office. Disgraceful that they use the troops as part of their marketing scam.

I absolutely loved my experience with the Affordable Compression Sock team. There were so many choices, great colours, and awesome prices! It did take a bit for my parcel to come, I worked with the customer support team, they were wonderful and extremely helpful with reassuring me everything was alright. My order arrived without incident, and I won’t hesitate to order from them again.
